Real estate APIs for new properties
Hi all, are there companies who store new real state projects data and expose it via APIs? Companies like Zillow do it in the USA but I don’t see 99 acres or magic bricks with such offerings. If it’s not present and somebody has to start a new venture in the real estate space, do they have to build to entirely by themselves?
What data do you want to expose? Who is the potential consumer here?
Real estate projects details including project name, launch date, current status, basically all the data points that you see on 99 access for any new project.
Customer is folks like you and me who buy real estate. Trying to build a B2C platform
Why won’t use 99 acres ? Why would we use APIs ? APIs make sense for businesses mostly?
