Recruiter interview with Google

Good people of Grapevine, I am a FA working at Amazon and looking for a referral at Google for a particular job post. Can anyone help me with this referral.

Googlers in this community , how long was ur interview process ? like the timeline between 1st call from recruiter to finally getting offer letter. Just wanted to know how slow the process is . Also , did you have to go through additional rounds of interviews not initially mentioned in the initial call with the recruiter?

Can anybody working at Google India, throw some light on what’s happening with Hiring. Seeing some posts related to layoff, people interviewing, people getting ghosted by recruiters after interviews. I’ve seen few people waiting for their interview feedback for few weeks after completing their all interview rounds. Is google going to stop hiring or there are too many candidates applying? Any insights would be helpful. Thanks

Hi everyone, I got my answer in my previous post, I have another query, I have around 2 year of experience, I am going to have a 30 minutes Phone screen, first call with HR, she said it’s going to be just casual talks, what can I expect in that call? If any idea, please share. Also, I did fair amount of CP and DSA during college days, it’s been a while and I need to brush up my problem solving skills, so if she asks how much do you want before scheduling your first interview, asking for how much time is safe? Also, Please share some important topics which I should be focusing on the most, Thank you! I also bought LC premium to prepare for this, read a lot of positive reviews about it. Looking forward to hearing replies from you, Thank you!

Is it a good time for early in career(1.5 YoE) to join Google India. I am curious about their current culture like WFH policies, management outlook, direction of company, growth opportunity etc in Bangalore offices only. What can you tell as an insider to someone on the outside looking at Google for possible next switch. Also, are there opportunities to shift from Bangalore to other location outside India?

I am done with all technical rounds but HR is taking too long to respond with the results. It has been 2 weeks. What to do?

Hey folks, I got reached out by a recruiter from Google reg an open position I just wanted to know what would the ideal prep strategy look like. I like to think I'm below average in leetcode. I can solve a lc mediums maybe under 30 mins. But lc hard is a different ball game for me. How long should I request for in terms of a preparation time. And it'd help what all concepts should be focussed. Btw - 4.5 yoe, fullstack engineer - i guess the profile is for sde 2
