Recruiters why do you Ghost candidates?
Dear Recuriters, What fun you get in ghosting candidates? If you have no answers from your management you can inform the same. Now don’t say you have lot of job to do. Candidate experience is also your job isn’t it.
Got a rejection email in the last round for a company and HR ain't picking a call, just wanted to understand why they went with a no :)
But he won't pick the calls now

new grad hr→ reply to all mails → gets too many→gets tired→stopped responding/don't care

Please don't mock HR saying they don't have a lot of job
Do you know the level of stress they undergo to decide the rangoli designs for the day? Or surgical precision with which they need to prepare those motivational games they conduct.
Don't forget the birthday wishes they are expected to send. All time sensitive matters.
Businesses will collapse if HR doesn't work one day.
