I am a Senior Software Engineer currently and want to move away from tech roles. Have 7 years of experience and looking for a more relaxed role. Please help with referrals and guidance on how can I switch roles at this juncture of my career. Any help is deeply appreciated!
Also question is , if I apply at any position other than tech, will they consider me?
