Referral and Job Switch

I’m in TCS, with a current package under 4LPA. I’ve approx 2yrs of exp, first year I have no option so I’ve chosen AS400 support project, and then I’m currently in another project in JAVA. I want to switch the company as its very low salary to survive in a metropolitan city. How much hike should I supposed to get, and please can someone refer in your organisation? It’ll be helpful if someone refer me pls
