Referral for a Frontend Role [Remote]
Hi all, I’ve been actively looking for jobs since last 3 months. I’m struggling to get offers and I’m getting rejected in last rounds (I’m on a break since a year; so, some are technical reasons and some managerial reasons). Here’s some info about me Overall experience: 6 years, 3 months Primary technical skills: JS, TS, React, Node, Webpack, CI. Expertise: I worked as a full stack MERN developer for the initial 4 yrs and the latest 2-2.5 years were on frontend platform building inner source tools and libraries for other engineers. I’m majorly looking for remote roles as I’m healing from an injury and want to avoid commute. Please refer me for any open roles, and with some info on pay scale 🙏. Last TC ~ 30LPA + 20L stocks
Hey , I’ve built shared component libraries for react apps, a questionnaire form ISC library with branching and scoring capabilities (supported all major input fields), an authentication middleware to plug into nextjs applications, wrote custom caching logic on CI for monorepos.
Apart from that, I’ve done a lot of CI improvements, test framework optimisations with jest, bundler related optimisations with webpack: like HMR improvements, writing custom plugins, migrating an ecosystem of 40+ plugins/modules/loaders to Webpack 5, and working with specific features like lazy compilation and persistent caching.
That's an impressive portfolio! To any recruiters reading this post, hire this guy already :P
Can you DM me your resume? I have a friend with a strong network whom I can ask, he *might* be able to help.
Good luck with the search mate, I hope you land a good opportunity very soon 🤞
Thank you ! I’ll share my resume once I reach enough reputation on this app 🥲 Off to randomly comment on posts now!
Hey , just curious, what kind of tools & libraries have you built?
