There is this really beautiful woman that I met in a club. We had a great time and ended up at her place. While leaving for my home next day I realised that she might have another man staying at her place. I logically deduced that it might be her brother or boyfriend. Any way she texted me in about a week that her boyfriend and her are interested in me being the unicorn in their relationship. 🦄 I dont know what that means so I looked it up online and realised what they mean. These things are not dangerous today, but our software hasn't been updated. So we miss out on living our best life, hiding in the 1-4 zone of the danger scale. In a world of overly risk averse people, the epiphany that the 4-7 zone is actually a safe place to play is a superpower.

Was curious what are the best apps/products that are no more around, but were great at one point. I feel like there might be some insights here if everybody chimes in, maybe something we need to bring back alive?

If you ask me, the purpose of life has to be more than climbing a self-constructed ladder. Like, it has to be more than a 3BHK in a metro, with two kids, a car and a prestigious job at a faceless corporation, 2 weeks of vacation and a movie on the weekend. Isn’t this weird that, we all continue to fool ourselves? When you know nothing matters the universe is yours, and I've never met a universe that was into it. The universe is an animal, it grazes on the ordinary. It creates infinite idiots just to eat them. You know? Damn ig is so addictive. Given I'm a male my search feed is literally 👁️🫦👁️. My reel feed is full of dark pedophile seixst homophobic adult content. Someone please tell me it's normal. 😭 Although I've tried to change my feed algorithm by engaging with random anime, cat, and other pet posts/reels, I still come across at least 1 or 2 posts where shawties dancing provocatively by shaking their t•tties/cakes when I scroll down. I even came across a username brokencondomsurvivor wtf 🤣 Just curious if that's the case with others too! My fingers muscle memory got so used to that reel scrolling, i literally unlock my phone and open some random apps for no reason. Few of my friends are doomed because of social media honestly they are jobless rn, their academics & soft skills are literally worst, tried to help them in preparing for interviews and technical stuff but not working out. So i decided to help them financially and these aimless idiots were wasting my money on girls, restaurants and cafes just for status and stories on social media. I just got a offer from one Indian Finance company for Pune location (I would have to relocate). They are giving 13.90 LPA, out of which 11 is fixed and 2.75 is performance pay. They have alternate Saturday working policy, WFO, strict office timings and lots of workload sometimes more than 9 hours of working. What they have to offer is good appraisal cycle (> 10%), and a promotion in 18 months. Now my challenge is I joined a MNC X org in the second month of March with 12.55 LPA (10.5 is fixed and 1.26 is performance pay). What they have to offer is Hybrid, chill environment, free lunch, good medical benefits, and WLB. What they don’t offer is good appraisal ( they have standard appraisal policy same for everyone around 4-7%) and promotion. I’m confused on what to do!! I’m open to working on Saturday and with heavy workload, as the money is priority. But since I already joined company X and people here are so good. I’m looking for any suggestions or your personal experience. Note: I didn’t told to Indian finance company that I joined MNC X. And the profile is in Analytics one is BFSI and another one is HR.
