Rental homes
What would you prefer to have as a service in rental home? Are you willing to pay extra for convenience of having furniture and utensils? Eg: Lift? Power backups? Dedicated LP Gas lines? Security? Fully furnished(TV, Fridge, Washing machine etc)
Dedicated lpg and power is needed. Can do without others as I live alone mostly and I don’t hold any valuables except my laptop😁

Dedicated LPG as is gas cylinder in lower floors or Adani gas line types?
Dedicated LPG, I don’t think we have direct gas connection in Bengaluru. So cylinders are economical as I would know when to replace
