How are the stock refreshers and hikes in Microsoft?

Need help in deciding how can I negotiate on the numbers. Hey people I'm on the verge of receiving an offer from Microsoft for an SDE2 L62 position, despite my roughly 7 years of experience. Would this level be appropriate, or should I consider negotiating for an L63 position? Additionally, could you provide insights into the maximum budget for L62, including base salary, variable pay, and RSUs? My current base salary is close to 50 LPA with no other components. Getting an offer from Western Union Pune. Profile: ~7 yoe, ~3.5 in product But the company is really lowballing on CTC, offering almost just as much as current company and saying that we can't go beyond this. Overall, I am considering this offer due to personal reasons (closer to family). Want to know 2 things: 1) any inputs on company culture/growth opportunities at Western union India? 2) Any suggestions on should I accept the offer/to negotiate better salary.

A family member of mine is attending an interview with Google Bangalore for the role of Product Support Manager. Not sure what level the role is but it is a mid-senior role and she has 10 years of experience. The thing is, the recruiter never asked her current salary and expectations during the screening. He just went ahead and scheduled the first round. So, my cousin is wondering if after she goes through all rounds, then they might hear her TC and reject her in the end (as her current TC is very high). My question, will Google India provide a base higher than what she is already getting? And how much can she ask for? Her current TC: 40 LPA (base) Startup ESOPs: worth 45 lakhs She works as a Manager here. If she clears all rounds, will google provide her a salary higher than this current base? Or is she just wasting her time since the recruiter won't go higher than 40lpa? After clearing all rounds, she was hoping to ask for Base: 50 LPA RSUs: $50,000 Appreciate any feedback or suggestions. Hi, I got an offer from a Series B startup and they are giving me 3000 shares of ESOPs vested over 4 years. Right now the value of each shares are worth $5 and has a potential to grow after new funding rounds this year. I feel 3000 shares is less and want to negotiate for more. In your experience can anyone tell me how much ESOPs (shares) have you received from new startups? And was it benefecial in the long run? Any input is appreciated.
