Resume building essential(Backend Dev)?📄

Hi, i am senior developer with 30 LPA, i am planing to switch as work is not exciting anymore what should be my realistic expectations? I have read post where people with same yoe get more money and other post where people get less money with same yoe.

I see people switching jobs left and right but I am not able to land an interview only. I have a 3 YOE in good tech stack. Not sure where am I missing.

Like I'm from a non-tech Background I have completed my graduation . It's been two years since I've completed my graduation. And now I want to join the tech industry as a Frontend Developer. Like I know about these two section :- Skills :- HTML5, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, REACT, REDUX PROJECTS :- I built three projects What else should I put in my resume ???

How's the pay for analysts in banks like Citi, HSBC, IDFC etc? My "assumption" is they have a better work life balance compared to start-ups (I work in one - CTC being 28lpa - almost 4 YOE). Why am I asking? Looking at how things are going on at BLR, I'm planning to someday switch to company with work from home and better work life balance.

Before you go about how "stack isn't important, skill is", the purpose of this post to understand what the current market trend is for backend. A bit about me, I'm a backend dev with experience in Node.js, MySQL and MongoDB. Around 4 YoE. My goal is to work in a company that serves customers at scale, and to learn how to engineer at scale. If you work in such a company / know someone who does, what stacks are you/they using and how are they using it? I'm seeking answers in terms of language, DB, cloud providers, etc.
