They don’t care, they take money and won’t work on the ground. Refund is a hassle. If you complain on twitter they call you 100 times to remove the post so that their job won’t get threat, Ultimately they will win and you’ll lose the money. Better register for free and use their free services or keep changing email and number for fresh listing

I took moneyback plan and got refund in 5 working days. I found a flat through brokers and then shared through rent agreement with nobroker, they did due diligence and refunded my money.  
  
 I have seen multiple complaints on twitter saying they don’t refund, i don’t understand how. Either they don’t read the terms or fail die diligence. 
  
 A refund term is always legally bound, our govt protects consumers, why would nobroker want to game that risking loss of reputation?

         There is a big cheat going on at NO BROKER.  This is an experience that happened to me.  As soon as you advertise your house for rent, you will receive a call from a skilled tele caller.  They brainwashed you into renting out your house and paying a small amount of brokerage to get you more rent than you expected and promised to refund your money if you couldn't rent it.  But they could not pay the rent as they said.  We rented it ourselves.  Then we contacted no broker and asked them to refund our money.  They denied that they could not refund the money saying that there was some delay in signing the rental agreement.  On asking for a reason, they said you should send it to us within seven days of signing the contract.  But they did not say any of this before paying the brokerage amount. Neither did the relationship manager.  When asked for the reason, they said that they have mentioned it through email.  Why don't you post such a necessary message on whatsup so that unnecessary messages like cleaning the house or cleaning the bathroom continue on whatsup?  No relationship manager & supervisor said that it will expire in seven days because they themselves do not know.  After getting rejected, everyone says please don't trust No broker.  I came to know through comments that this has happened to many people

Recently moved to a new city and was looking for a flat for rent.

Went through the nobroker app and found some good properties and even took the moneyback plan as it was cheaper than paying brokerage and also had the guarantee of getting my money back so why not!(Foolish me🤡)

This is where all shit begins
- For more than half of the properties listed there, the owner does not pick up the phone.
- The relationship manager(RM) is the most useless person(not sure on what basis they hire), even after mentioning my requirements over call and chat both, he suggests flats which he likes even though they do not match any requirement that I'd mentioned. My requirements were simple of a gated society and within 10kms of my office (not asking for too much ig)
- let's say I even overcome the above 2 obstacles and finally am able to contact the owner and schedule a visit after tons of discussion with my RM, on the day of visit no one answers the call and I'm left stranded😭

And also as a bonus point, get ready to be spammed by their cross-services of packers and movers, rental agreement etc ( received more than 10 calls in a day🙃)

And now when I want my money back they are not at all receptive and just ignore my calls and messages. 
Although it's not a huge amount but I felt cheated and hence wanted to rant and probably help people who are looking for nobroker reviews.

Beware people, it's one of those open scams🥲

I was looking to buy a house on nobroker. I took a paid plan. Suddenly I was not able to take any owner's contact. 
They say it's a technical glitch. But it's been more than a month and now RM and the support team is not even entertaining. 
To give some background.. We are seeing houses at our pace and had taken a plan 3 times. I did not take any help from RM as they eat up your time on the phone. So one of the RMs had said if I do not give my requirements my account will be closed. I had raised a complaint on this and my RM got changed. I got calls 3 times from unknown persons asking if I have some leads and they want to buy a house. (To check I am a broker or what). Is my account suspended cos they think I am a broker? If so they have a really redeculus business strategy.

What the hell is happening with the Nobroker app?

I took a plan with nobroker. I'm all in for the problem they are trying to solve. But if I created such product I would shoot myself in the head.

1. You get 100 calls in a day. 
2. Nobody is coordinated with some other representative. You have to tell the same thing to every rep
3. Nobody has expertise in area/rents/localities/amenities

At this point I feel every rep picks up any number in the database just to show their manager that they are on calls. 
How has no Product manager ever picked up on this problem and tried solving using basic tech!!!!!!!!

I'm planning to send requests to nobroker PMs and once accepted I'm gonna rant to them on messages. What say?
