Roast my resume
Hi guys, can anyone please roast my resume in a positive way, so that I can improve it further. Thanks in advance.
Remove the interest part. It can do more harm than good.
And maybe instead of making linkedin link clickable, enter the whole link. (Not a big change but I felt that would look better.)
That's a nice resume!
I'd highlight stuff like converting from internship to full time in a separate sentence. Also if you got awards/promotions/good ratings at Chubb
1. Use Capital letters for Acronyms
2. Remove full stops at the end from the bullet points
3. Use good words like similar skill set/ similar interests instead of like minded OR provided valuable inputs instead of pitching ideas
Try to add business metrics for the projects, and on similar lines think of surfacing the why and how instead of what.
Eg: Involved in migrating the old admin UI to new refreshed canvas UI
Lead dev in upgrading the admin platform UI. It led to 10 percent faster load time

'Building a platform' is too vague. Add what you did - try adding keywitbat HR understands e.g. front end development, backend integration, UI design, etc. Highlight the programming languages you are expert at
Seems kinda like "trust me bro" resume. There is no need to expand upon daily job except maybe max 1 line. Tell what your impact was. Worked on XYZ? That's not special unless it's something like a nuke or rocket.
Also, maybe you are underselling yourself, idk how can I express that properly. The resume seems kinda empty.
