Which of these have a better camera?
iPhone has better app integration with Instagram, Snapchat, etc or any camera and audio based app( apart from camera and audio) for that matter. Anything you record or post through an iPhone would be crisp clear because of this. So if you're a creator, it makes complete sense to own one.
Samsung cameras have good versatility and features you won't find on an iPhone. The quality is on par and sometimes better. Integration though is yet lacking. Samsung did announce exclusive integration with Instagram and Snapchat, but in my experience the quality at posting is not the same yet. It's not bad though if you don't nitpick. If you're a photography enthusiast, Samsung would be good. It will give you some freedom to play around.
Also between iPhone and and s24 ultra whatever you choose youre also choosing the color science they have wrt to general colors in photos, skin tone, saturation, greens, etc. Dynamic range is good in Samsung and Apple lights up faces better.
