SDE1s and Job switch

Hi folks, I have been working at my company since one year, the workplace has become too toxic due to my manager there is too much micromanagement and the pressure has gotten to me, I have tried changing teams but all in vain. Thave tried applying to open position at various companies but not receiving calls. Please suggest companies that are still hiring for SDE-1 position for 1 YOE. Hi folks, I am a 2023 passout with ~11 months of experience. I am looking for a job switch, cuz i am not getting paid much (10 LPA), and on top of it currently on verge of layoff (company getting acquired). Looking for a job switch and good work, that's it. I don't care about the location, remote or not, startup or big tech etc. Please let me know if your organisation is hiring. I am currently working on Python, Kubernetes, OpenStack etc. I have a good understanding of backend engineering, a good hold of DSA, have been part of a prestigious open source program during my college and have around a year of overall internship experience (excluding FT ex).

Many companies are asking in JD for SDE1 roles / base roles to have 2-3 YOE. Freshers those 20224 passout how do we handle this? Please share any suggestions possible. Is it okay to apply for those who mention such experience required?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for job as SDE-1 in India, as everyone of you are aware that there is a very poor situation going on in the IT industry and the recent graduates are facing a lot of heat for no fault of theirs. I humbly request the whole community to help me secure a job in these testing times as I have been trying for a long period of time, but all of it is coming down to be futile if we can do something I I can share my resume to the people in the personal chats. Today I got laid off from a startup where I am working as a Frontend dev in total I have 1.6 years of work experience any tips, ideas or anything you want to share which will help me to get a new job soon in this bad market condition pls drop a comment will it be super helpful.

Currently I am working as an SDE - 1(8 base) in gurugram, I received an offer for an automation engineer role from Sprinklr (16.5 base). I am 2023 grad from IIIT and have a good knowledge of DSA and System Design. Some days back I received an SDE-1 offer from a Singapore stealth startup(13 base) but couldn't join them. Now I have this offer, I am still looking to switch to SDE-1 position, but due to the market situation not getting enough interview calls. So is it advisable to join an automation role and look for the SDE roles in parallel? since I believe that sprinklr tag will help me in getting the opportunities but I don't know whether my resume will be shortlisted for the SDE roles if I have an automation role in my resume. Please give your honest opinion and help me to make the decision..

Hi everyone , i am currently working as 1yr exp dev working in startup which recently had taken series of layoffs . Though i am saved i now am trying my best to switch but sadly not getting response. Please suggest few strategies. I have already tried commons ones like cold mails , linkedin , naukri , insta hyre, recruiting agenices etc. . I apply a lot but dont recieve any response.
