I would recommend to go for hostinger VPS. It's cheap and has good speed. Has used it for multiple clients, a cheap solution. Otherwise go for vercel free version.

Depends, you can deploy for free on vercel. Alternatively you can use AWS (advised if you're a techie because it's difficult to navigate through it) or GC
