Salesforce Culture Review
I have an offer for MTS position in mulesoft team, would like to know how's the team culture. I have some negative reviews about the team and last year they did some layoffs too.
It was much better till last year, gone worse since then.
They are now implementing 3 day wfo only for Indian employees.
Removed the wellness benifts for multiple categories
Promotions are hard to come by, stating cost cutting. But we see multiple execs are still doing business travell for silly things.
Hearing from multiple internal teams that the work pressure has significantly gone up.
Coming to work in my team/org, it's decent. But thinking to switch because of 3 day wfo policy
Other benifits are still good.
Free food, free barista, leave encashment, insurance is decent, commute if shift based, allowances for shift based employees
