Salesforce joins the bandwagon

Seen LinkedkIn post of many longtimer Salesforce people. Getting laidoff in US, Australian region. Any idea on how it has affected Indian employees?

Recently I have heard of Salesforce India hiring aggressively across engineering roles. Now some say that they are even skipping OAs for some candidates. What business demand is driving this hiring whereas others are doing layoffs. The one unit that's hiring is Industrial Applications. I am thinking of applying there but scared that this might be hire and fire situation. (I am being optimistic that I will be able to clear the interviews)

The new head of HR who came from Infy has been given a mandate to clean up the house and there are multiple people ( still) drawing salaries upwards of 50 Lakh to 2 Cr who have been asked to move out if they have not moved out already . Even one of Byjus Relatives in a head role has been asked to move out

Hi peeps, Given the wonderful places you all work in, wanted to request if people can share good roles available out there at your company/some place you know.
