Saving for a Vietnam Vacation
So I was planning for a Vietnam Trip in May and was planning to save for it, currently I'm earning around 125k/ month and consistently investing around 35k in stocks and SIP, so for travel should I have another SIP in MF or should I save it as a separate entity into my Bank account ? needed help. Also any tips for the trip would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Maybe with the same or little more budget and a bit of planning, you can visit South Korea too for almost same number of days.
Regarding the saving part, usually we have to pay it upfront for hotels (to get less price) and other tickets. So maybe you can save it in flexible/sweep FD. For less than 4 months recurring deposits or mutual funds might not make sense.
Bro I already shifted to Vietnam from Thailand and now South Korea, saara Asia aise hi ghumna padega lgrha

It is very cheap. If you go beyond the capital city, much cheaper
I spent 89k for an 8 day trip including flights and stays (my friends and I were going all out, staying in fancy places etc). Itās very doable.
That money could have lasted us 2 weeks actually. Vietnam is cheaper than equivalent in Goa.
2 months savings from your in-hand salary should be enough for a leisure trip to Vietnam
