Shall I negotiate in this offer?
I am a fresher software engineer. I was an intern at a series A startup and they have offered me a pre-placement offer. This is the breakup(Yearly): Basic - 6L HRA - 2.4L Special allowance - 1.9L Food allowance - 26.4K Professional pursuit - 60K Internet - 12K Half yearly bonus - 50K PF contribution - 2K Total CTC - 12.5L Apart from this, I've also been allocated 1000 ESOPs Is there any scope of negotiation here? If yes, how do I go about it? Any advice/guidance would be very helpful!

Check with the bonus component, what is the mechanism means is it based on your performance or company performance or both? If company performance is included, try to negotiate to include this in your fixed component as much as possible. Even if it’s 10k of the overall bonus its a win! Otherwise good offer to go for!

I know a cousins same Intern to PPO convert with similar offer but they negotiated higher
