I am switching to LTIMindtree. I am informed that 2LPA is variable and I will get it twice as every year. HR also said I will get 100% variable since compny is doing well.

I had an offer from one of the service based company, they didn't send any official offer letter. Did all pre onboarding process with necessary documents.
Now HR is saying that it will take some time as they are waiting for customer approval and also informed to with other offer if you have any.

I am getting this reply after waiting for 2 weeks?

I am a fresher and had a full time offer from Byju's and I had joining on 16th June which got deferred to 2nd August. Today I got another mail and it is further deferred to January 2024.
I don't have any other offer right now and I tried texting HRs on LinkedIn but no response. I used to be an active CP coder in college days. Any referral help/advice is appreciated.

I'm working at payU payment from 2 years and from last two years they are giving the increments in single digit, is the market is bad ? Last year I got 4% increment I was informed by my manager that company is not doing good same has happened this year again I got only 4% incriment. In my team I have seen people are getting 8-10% also and in other team few have got 12% also, however I feel even 12% is the highest still it seems too low. is this is happening everywhere or it's just payU?

For the first time in these many years, i have got a hike of only 7%, the reason stated is on going concerns in US market. But it is very difficult to digest the same as 2 years prior i got a hike of 26% and now only 7%. I feel being broke as giving an organisation your 5 years of handwork, 7% is nothing. I am a software engineer with 1 year of professional experience and about 2 years of experience counting all my freelance gigs as well as internships.

I’ve identified that I’m good at picking up new technologies easily. I’m also very detail oriented and tend to find the moat optimal solutions even though my current position only expects me to follow the PRD provided by my tech lead.

I find that most of the times, I have had to raise my concerns to my seniors for a change of an approach with me being correct almost all the time by the end of the discussion.

Now I feel confused, that maybe I was being underestimated and therefore underpaid by my employer.

Context: I switched to this company about 6 months ago with a package of 12 LPA and got a mere 5% hike to 12.65 LPA during last month with a promotion from being a technical associate -> software development engineer.
During my meeting with the manager, i was told that my performance was ‘very good’ but since its been only 6 months, they are giving me a promotion to match my skills but not give me a good hike.

Any thoughts?

Feels like I am stuck. 
I know the only way out is to grind and get out.
Not asking for sympathy but just asking given my recent few commitments towards my family (Just got blessed with a daughter, I don’t wanna compromise on missing her childhood days by just focusing on ny career growth)

To be honest sometimes I feel I am burnt out too. Running this race.

Sometimes the inner voice says one more last try.

Anyone else feels the same? Anything you guys want me to point to?

I joined mid Oct 2022 to this current firm. Hence I missed 2023 hike. And 2024 they are saying hikes would be pretty minimal too.

Thoughts? Suggestions?
