Shitty office
The company I work at has a very small office and it's very suffocating. It was windows on only one side of the room and no sunlight gets in. Is this a valid reason to resign. I get headache all the time.

Headache due to lack of appropriate oxygen levels. Happens to claustrophobic people
This is a valid reason on medical grounds

You can also resign without any reason whatsoever, if you have another job offer or you don'thave any financial obligations.
If not, then this makes a valid reason for preparation.
