Should I Keep Going with This Interview?

I recently had an interview with a well-known e-commerce company in Dubai, and honestly, it didn’t go as smoothly as I’d hoped. The Sr. Product Manager showed up 30 minutes late for our 1-hour interview. After her intro, I barely got started on answering her question when she had to leave for another meeting. About 15 minutes later, she emailed me saying she was done with the meeting and wanted to continue. We picked up where we left off, but she seemed pretty distracted and didn’t really listen when I asked her a question at the end.

Now, they’ve sent me a take-home design assignment that seems related to a new product they might launch. I’m torn – I like the role, but that first impression has me wondering if I should keep going.

What do you all think? Should I give it another shot or move on? Would love to hear your thoughts!

What is the role ?. It is red flag 🚩 if product manager is not able to give to enough time for interviewee. I feel you should probe more and see . One more thing could be that the person who interviewed view is leaving the company and so are not interested. Honestly does not look like great place to work

Product Management Interviews

Do hiring managers not go ahead with a candidate if they feel intimated or feel the candidate is better than them?

You know you have answered most questions well but you get a rejection mail after 3 rounds of interview.

Just curious.

What's this obsession of startups ghosting after taking assignments from you. It's so irritating and they just can't value your time and efforts
