3.2 Cr concurrency on JioCinema for IPL final. What a great achievement!
Disney Star/Star Sports has already sub-licensed their TV broadcasting rights of ICC ODI World Cup 2023 to Zee. Should Disney+ Hotstar also sub-license their digital rights to JioCinema? Hoping it will cross 3.2 Cr during Ind vs Pak.
The picture quality was always inconsistent for me, with JioCinema. On TV, I got Asli 4K, and the quality was good. but everywhere else, it was bad with strong internet connection.
Also, 3.2 cr is good, but considering it was free, it's not that great (nothing to do with Engineering - had conveyed my kudos to their lead as well).
What according to you would be a great number for JioCinema?
Yes, IMO they did a wonderful job with IPL. The pitcure quality and frame rate was world class
Hotstar manged 6-7cr users. Jio or sports 18 group can't manage even 2cr users.
they should poach hotstar team or get AWS services...
There should be penalty for ruining experience of consumers.
