Skilled and Experienced Software Developers required. Communities?

I am starting a new startup and need to hire a couple of full stack developers on roll. Unfortunately I don’t have an in into a developer network and none of friend circles have any developers so I have to go the traditional hiring route. Where all should I post the job listing for best results?

Best ways to look for an opportunity in the software engineering field, linkedin and other job portals doesn't seem to work or the response rate is way too low. Kindly suggest.

For example - Reaching out to Recruiters on LinkedIn - Reaching out to Hiring Managers - Getting referrals etc.. Please enlighten me with your insights ✌️

Have tried a few apps but there’s too much clutter. - Discord: Too many channels, unorganized & cluttered - Reddit: Used it long time back but not so good for productive discussions - Twitter: Frontend folks discussing same stuff over and over. - Slack: Haven’t tried yet. Do have have public communities there? - LinkedIn: Not interested in illusions created by fancy tech jargons to outscore other professionals. - Grapevine: Not ideal for my use-case. Is there any genuine app you know that can enable me to discuss tech stuff in software engineering?

I had stumbled across a slack community workspace for PMs, but I was wondering if there are channels like the same for Software Development Engineers.

Hii everyone, I am a 3rd year BCA student. Having knowledge of C++ , Java programming with dsa(array, string, Linked list) , and familiar with web dev( html, css, Java script, MySQL ). Looking for a software development role.. So please help me get an entry level software development role.
