Hello Everyone. I completed my graduation in B.C.A in august 2022. I has been an year i have been applying for jobs and side by side learning mern stack. Today o got offer from a startup company in gurgaon for position of angular developer. they are offering me 5 lakh CTC. In which 4.5 per year will be in hand. Probation period is of 90 days and notice period of 15 days in this period. After that notice period is of 90 days. Alternative saturdays are off. I had given experience of freelancing while interview. Is this good to go considering a very early startup. There are only 25 people in this company. They have told me that there will be work load so you might have to spend extra hours apart from work timings 9:30am  -6:30pm.  Should I wait and apply for some other jobs. Please help me out.

I was in manual testing for 2 years. Left my job. Joined scaler. Cleared some mock interviews (except DSA). I am in desperate need of a job in developer role(full or backend). I need to clear DSA and ReactJS mock interview in order to be eligible for placements at scaler. I don’t see any other option now. And talking about DSA I don’t feel confident enough. Sometimes I go blank when there is a question. I don’t know to prepare DSA smartly and fast. Kindly suggest what should I do. 
(I’m not that bad at DSA. It’s just I’m not confident enough). 
So.. I’m open to all kind of possibilities and suggestions.

I graduated in 2023 from the National Institute of Engineering, Mysore, and got placed as an Associate Software Engineer through campus placements. However, after joining, I had to leave the role after 6 months due to personal reasons. Later, I joined a fintech as a Technical Solutions Engineer. While I do get opportunities to code, I am not fully satisfied with this role and feel that staying in it for too long may negatively impact my career growth.

During my college days, I solved a good number of LeetCode problems and have recently started grinding again. However, I lack personal projects, which I am now actively working on.

Would it be difficult to switch back to a software engineering role, and could you provide some advice on how to approach this transition? This situation has been weighing on me.

I'm a third year medical student from india, with the help of my tech background friend we have been working on creating a socialising app for medical students. We have been working for last 5 months on it & wanted to publish it on google play store.
But unfortunately it got rejected without any proper explanation and it happened again🥲.
Now we have a last attempt left to publish if this time we get rejected his account would be permanently banned.
And opening a new account requires a new system, a new payment gateway and wifi.
We both live 100kms apart, I can arrange a laptop but dont know much about tech, because once a new account is formed it can be accessed from that system only and not which was being previously used.
We are afraid of using someone else's account buz of the fear of loosing its access, also it would require his action to make any new change in the app.
I literally feel stuck, don't know what to do 😵‍💫, plz help🙏

I belong to lower middle class family and I have just completed my graduation in BCA from an open University. I have worked in Service based companies. Have worked as a CSA in Concentrix and as a Content Moderator in TechM. My last process was ramped down in October, last year so I'm unemployed since then. At first I was focusing on my final year exams, but now as I have received my degree, I want to work somewhere. But I'm not getting, some companies aren't even updating the status of my application. At the end of July, I applied for an Application Developer role at Accenture. My application status changed to "Interview," and I received a call a week ago asking if I was available for an interview the next day. Due to poor health, I politely informed them that I was unavailable on that day but could attend on any other date. After this, I received an email stating that the role was already filled, and my application status changed to "Not Considerable Anymore." Despite this, many relevant roles are still available. However, when I try to apply, it says, "Application already exists." Can anyone help me with this situation or provide a referral? Is there anyone from Accenture who can assist?

Hi all, can anyone please tell me how to find jobs in the software industry. I am currently looking for a job for about 1 month and have applied to 100+ jobs still not receiving anything. Received one call from a company and cracked the interviews, too. HR told me that I was selected after that ghosted me.
