Also, the intention of the policy is indeed to attract more women to these positions. Not sure how dissing out anything and everything on social media will help such initiatives.

Atleast these places ensure that you have a position even if you come after a really long maternity break. I have seen/ heard of a lot of cooler orgs trying to push women out as soon as they get to know she is pregnant!!
