Spinny culture updates

Pathetic work culture. 6 day work weeks + long hours. No culture of trust and every hour + leave is tracked by managers. On top of that politics is at its peak thanks to Mr VA.

6 days work week is for ops team. For rest, it's officially 5 days. Though you'll end up working 6. No appraisals over 30 lpa this year. Culture has gone down the drain since everyone is trying to achieve profitability leading to compromised wlb.

One of my friend works as a Backend engineer and we often see him working long hours at night and often on Saturdays. CTC is ~20LPA though, straight after college via off-campus placement.
