Staff SDET at NYKAA
Hi All, I'm working as IC in walmart and every day I do the same repetitive work and I know someone from Nykaa and they are forming a new team and they have an opening for Staff SDET and will be leading the QA team. But compensation wise there will be no much change , there will be no stocks in Nykaa instead they will increase my fixed pay. How should I go about it?
Idk if it’s the right place to ask for referral but can you refer me in Walmart ?? I am also in similar situation as you are but the only difference is I don’t have acquaintances forming a team..
