I had an interview with a Senior VP and the discussion went from working 6 days in a week to even working on Sundays if required
This was for a business role and not remote, this was a red flag for me and I dropped out of the conversation after the interview, but haven't heard great reviews so far about the work culture though

Unless you have no offers, don’t join and if you are joining you should get atleast 80-90% hike over market salary. Else skip. They layoff people every 3-4 months so better plan accordingly.
