Stanza living culture review

Hi All, Can someone please let me know the work culture of Stanza living? Like in terms of ownership, core product management work(talking to users, problem discovery etc), micromanagement if any Also let me know how it is in terms of compensation, growth(heard that their losses have surged) etc. Would really appreciate some insights 🙂 TIA.
