Have been on a career break since Nov'23. Early days were very romantic I was enjoying my free time. But it has been very difficult lately without any direction for future.
What should be my goal? And a short term plan for next 6 months?
What is your comp expectation? Also, why did you leave within 1yr/ 8 months?
Last drawn ctc was 34 LPA looking at current market conditions, I am hoping to get atleast this
