Stuck in career break

Hello everyone,

Requesting honest opinion based on my profile:

  • Did Btech and Mtech from IIT Delhi
  • Worked with a management consultancy firm for 2 years
  • Worked with a B2B mid stage startup as strategy and ops manager for 1 year
  • Worked with a year stage B2B startup as founding team member lead product and supply for 8 months

Have been on a career break since Nov'23. Early days were very romantic I was enjoying my free time. But it has been very difficult lately without any direction for future.

What should be my goal? And a short term plan for next 6 months?

Last drawn ctc was 34 LPA looking at current market conditions, I am hoping to get atleast this

Left first b2b (1 year) - because growth options became limited

Left 2nd b2b (8 months) - job was perfect, projects were exactly what I was looking for. But there was a cultural imbalance b/w me and 1 of our founder. Toxicity in workplace drifted me away.
