Hi friends, My brother has done his MCA in the year 2017 and post that he didn't join any campus due to family business and during covid when our business was at its lowest time he decided to explore outside hence joined Adani groups as a product supervisor and currently working with Emami agrotech as a warehouse incharge... But now he want to make a career switch to software Field... Can anyone suggest what does he need to do to make so happen? Hi All, I need suggestion from everyone from software/cloud/devops industry. As right i in a very worst condition. After working 2 years straight as aws cloud engineer i joined a product based company which promised that the work i’ll be doing is will be related cloud, devops and automation. But since one year i haven’t got any work which was promised else they provide me work to automate onprem network devices automation that too i have to request my team to give me some work. As i am the only one in the team who knows automation and cloud related things. I try to gave some interviews but some say no because of current salary and for some of them they have very high expectations as i am 3 years experienced guy. Can anyone who have been through same situation please guide me or help as i really wanted to grow technically but i am unable to.

It will be helpful to me whoever see this post and comments your respected opinions on my situation. I am ome of the regular corporate employees of India who is earning 3.6LPA in reputed MNC working on Java support. As I need assistance on my career and don't know where to ask, posting here . So below are the options I wanted to do but I am confused where and what to start. 1) Should I upskill more on Java only 2) Should I need to switch to any other domain like AWS, Azure, cybersecurity 3) Should I need to do any other integrated course which will be available in platforms like Upgrad. Why these options means, I need to earn a decent salary par with Industry. These are the random options in my mind and I am unable to choose one thing. Due to this I am stuck in my career and my friends are earning more than me.
