Suggest some healthy foods

Could you please provide suggestions for a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner? I've noticed some belly gain and a bit of lethargy, so I'm looking for nutritious meal ideas.

Are you sleeping ok? At least 6 if not 8 hours at a stretch?

Lethargy has very little to do with food and a lot to do with disrupted circadian rhythm.

Meal plans you can google - nothing too difficult, fresh fruit, vegetables, loads of fiber, protein in g = bodyweight, complex carbs.
