Suggestions for next opportunity?

I am currently a SDE-II at a big Ed-tech Unicorn in India (PW). I feel like it's making me comfortable now. What companies should I look up to for the switch? PS: My interest lies towards fintech.

I am Front End Developer planning to make my next hop. I need your suggestions on companies I can target for in Bengaluru apart from FAANG. FAANG companies never shortlisted my profile. I am trying to make a list which would help other Front End Developers too. Companies I know: Atlassian Twilio YOE: 7 CTC: 45L

I have been at a company since 2.6 yrs as a founding engineer (joined here as a fresher). I am a graduate from IIT Delhi. I am paid well (50 LPA cash + decent stocks). The work culture of where I am is pretty amazing (5-6 hrs work, 5 days a week), WFH. Since I joined when the company was growing, I am well respected. I would also go in length to say that I don't expect the culture to be this good anywhere else. However it has been pretty boring lately, the work is very monotonous ( I am a backend engineer with pretty decent technical skills). I think I have little opportunity to grow here. What should I do ? PS: I got interview calls from various startups but most of them are just matching my salary but after doing some research I see that they are demanding lots of work (12 hrs, sometimes weekends included)

Hey guys, I'm stuck in an MNC currently without any real world project for almost half an year now. I've been building projects on my own and looking for a switch. Since, situation in the market is a little tight, I'm hardly finding any non internship opportunities for freshers. Kindly let me know of any sources or any suggestions on how to move on from here. Seeing my friends getting fired from FAANG co. and still not get any other offer makes me more disheartened. Please help.

Hey folks So im looking out for a switch. I have overall 2.5yrs of experience with 1.3 yrs in product. Im looking for APM roles preferably in Delhi/Gurgaon location, but open to pune, bangalore as well. Im facing a lot of micromanagement at my current firm from the founder(since he heads product & tech) & i dont have ownership in my role. Even the director of PM shares the same frustration. I feel like after a year of working here i wont have much to show in my cv in core product work. Just to give an example: i started an initiative to call customers for general feedback(satisfaction, whether they actually want what we are doing) & i was told to shut it down & work on things which doesnt have any customer validation. If there are any opportunities available, kindly reach out. Any help would be appreciated. TIA🙂

Hey community, I'm a Fresher just graduated from a reputed NIT in May, and I've been laid off because of "management reasons" from a reputed MNC. My role therein was of an ML Engineer. I have about 5 months of experience and I'm looking for a role in data analytics or something similar. I'm currently in Bengaluru but I'm open to relocate anywhere. If there is anything that can be done to help me please please let me know. I'm new to the tech industry and I really am lacking a mentor. My pay at the previous company was about 11.5 lpa. I did my graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi Technological University. Worked my ass off during covid lockdown to grab a Software developer job. Number of hours spent on DSA and development for straight 3 years. I was able to grab a decent package being from mechanical background. Currently i am working in Accenture as a software developer -> Java full stack developer + Angular (12LPA ctc, 9 Base) I want to work in a product based company which has better opportunities for me because i feel there is very limited opportunities in accenture and somehow people do not encourage to go for them at all. I need guidance on which companies should i be looking for great opportunities, great tech stack, with good management. Salary is never a obstacle for me. I am just looking for growth at this point of time in my career. Currently i am back to DSA again for interview preps. Referrals are also well appreciated.

I have 3 years of experience in Angular along with web API and 1 year in React. I hate my current project and also the company. No challenge, no good work and ofc horribly low pay. If anyone has any leads in Bangalore or would like to refer pls help out !
