Suspected spam job mail from LTI Mindtree

I see there are many many job openings in LinkedIn jobs. I have personally applied for over 200 devops positions. But absolute silence, or rejection. What's happening?

So, I am looking for senior level jobs and usually referall /direct connects have worked better. But today I had to upload my resume on shine.com 'cuz the opening on linkedin, redirected me there. Within an hour I got a call from an agency called evolution planner and what seemed like a young boy in an animated voice asking if am looking out etc. What spiked my curiosity was him asking if am looking outside India, which is not usual opening question. Now its usual for consultants to call so it was sll okay till he said there will be a small fees. Now again, I know of senior folks who deploy headhunters and I was like maybe these people have got my profile from somewhere and are looking to source business from me. I wouldn't have paid but I entertained to see where this is going. He said Microsoft, Oracle etc have shortlisted me. Funny given I have worked in startups in marketing ( and not even tech ) so don't knw whats the skillset match. Anyway he told me to create an account and my final red flag was when he said site name like www Dot..lol who says it like that. I cut the call pretending am getting another call and he can call me later. He asked me to confirm since he will have to hold the client for me. Lol It's happened with me for the 1st time and unfortunately searching this company name doesn't throw any negative reviews either. But this is a scam,right ? Also since when did google start recruiting like this. Have you heard of this company? Also have you had such experiences.?

Received a message on LinkedIn from a premium account.

I received an email from Infosys regarding a job application. They asked me to confirm a timeslot for the interview. I checked if the sender is genuine. Also I received automated phone calls and WhatsApp messages confirming my decision to proceed with the application. On the day of interview, I kept waiting for hours. I didn't receive any interview email nor call from the recruiting team. I wrote to them and their response mentioned that they wanted to check my availability but it doesn't mean they are available or going to actually interview me. This hapenned with me for the fourth time. Lol.

One of my connection was working on a very strong fintech company but recently joined this Remotasks as an AI trainer. I feel like it's fishy/ spam https://www.remotasks.com/en Make noise if you're aware of it! Correct me if I'm wrong ...

I applied for a PMO role at LTI fortunately cleared 1st round of interview , then comes BGV verification process before 2nd round They said me my BGV is red because , they are not hiring candidates from one of the company I previously worked for in start of my career! But my current employment is at Capgemini and they are not just considering current but also your 7 years companies list I have worked for! This is soo Strange and disheartening!🙁To just get rejected due to my pervious employment and not on my ability! Any suggestion if someone faced the same at any company?🥲
