Swiggy ASDE

Give interview and see. If you cleared try to negotiate. They mostly won't do by the way....also won't recommend joining here. If you get better option ghost the hr 😂 I shouldn't say this but asde level is not that good due to compensation and culture here. Many good candidates I've seen either not proceeded with interview or they denied later....got better opportunity.
So on a serious note, try other options...it's not good here.

Are they allowing you to reject the offer letter? In my case they clearly told me, if I back out anytime, they'll blacklist me forever.

PS- I am a fresher and haven't worked on Go, etc which swiggy might expect.

I have searched about the Swiggy ASDE role on the internet and the 8LPA offer seems legit. Go for it man, who knows with all your techie work, you may get a lot of benefits.

Swiggy is not a good company to work for. They have a very bad company culture. MNCs are better as there is less office politics and pressure. But, also depends on what MNC. I would say, Swiggy is not a good option.
