Swiggy Layoffs Round 2 incoming
Per insider info from leadership, more layoffs are incoming. Currently, Leadership is finalising verticals and functions to trim roles.
This is non tech layoffs afaik, they hinted this in the tech townhall
I second this, friend working there told me same. Confirmed by HR and CTO that tech layoffs are over.
At the same time, the attrition is still happening, just now heard someone from tech was asked to leave.
All contractor employees are getting terminated by end of March, including engineering and testers.
