Switching Jobs for first time.

Hi everyone , I am currenly working in Capgemini as a Full Stack Developer from 2.6 years. Just I want to ask anyone has recently switched from the same company with same experience and stack or from other companies as well , so that I will get glimpse about what questions currently recruiters are asking nowadays and what salary expectations should we put infront of HRs . My Current salary 4.5LPA. Any help would be helpfull.

Need your suggestions, I have a total 7 years of experience and recently switched to one of the organization and this is my 3Rd switch, It has been 3 months no learning scope here and in future roadmap also I couldn't see anything much for my tech stack , and current project is too much of Micromagemet, though of switching to other company, as I switched 3 months back can try other switch now? Its good idea any impact on my career? Please suggest

Hi, I have been working in Infosys for past 3.5yrs. my starting salary wad 5lpa and now it's 8lpa. I feel I should be compensated more based on work that I put into my projects for which the most feasible option would be to switch. Hence, I need some advice related to job-switching from fellow software engineers who have already been able to do that. My skills are Java-spring boot , react , sql, github copilot, kubernetes, What other skills do I need to know to be able switch comfortably? Kindly suggest some websites where I should be applying from. In the coming days maybe after March would be good time to apply, don't you think? What scope do I have in product based companies? TIA

Hey I joined infosys in oct - 2022 and now it’s been 1.8 months. My tech stack is MEAN stack but I was on bench through the year, recently got into a project but for only 4 months. I developed and learned by my own and gained a better knowledge on angular. Now the situation my company has made for me that I need to switch asap, within a month or two. Can anyone suggest me how to prep specifically so that I get offers from other company. My DSA skills are gone and feel like I need to learn again from basics. I have knowledge about angular. Can anyone suggest me how much DSA I should learn and focus right now to clear interviews. I’m planning to get a grasp over python and start doing DSA questions in that plus polishing my angular skills too. I have basic knowledge of node.js MongoDb too. Will I’ll be able to switch within this time frame? Please can anyone guide me through it so that I can plan smartly and can switch. Your help will be really appreciated.

(2022 graduate with 0.5 YOE) General tips on handling priliminary HR call How do I negotiate better with the HR? (Eg:- There have been times where I was offered lower pay compared to what the same company offered to 2023 graduates in my college because of my current CTC) Should I share where I'm going once the offer is finalized in my current company? Hi Everyone, I have 5 ys experience working in Database support with having knowledge in SQL, Scripting and python. I want to switch my role to a Data Engineering job as my current role is not having enough job opportunities outside. I am planning to learn tools on Data Engineering. Like the Data Frameworks: Airflow,SSIS,Azure Factory And Dataworks like Snowflake,Databricks,Postgres I need some guidance on which tool to start learning and if I plan to learn these tools for the next 6 months. Is it possible to crack the interviews....this is my 1st switch to a new company. Can anyone pls suggest which framework, Dataworks tool i need to start and has high possibility for getting switch to new company. If possible can you pls share the learning path 🙏🙏🙏.
