I have offer from FAANG via 3rd party payroll company. The offer is a good increase & the contract is of one year. I already have experience of 2yr and FAANG might help me in the resume. I am from analytics field. Is it worth it?

I was working at a startup from past one year. They were offering me very low salary. Now I told them I want to resign. They told me we have plans based on your commitments. They said see if you can extend notice period by 2-3 months. Already there is notice period of 2 months. They also said they will not stop me but they will see if there are any vacancies at client side. They are offer is me 5 LPA. But I can’t trust them. I don’t know how much time they will take to tell me if there is any opportunity or not. Or they just want to delay my resignation as there are multiple projects to be delivered in next 3 months. What should I do?
Hi folks, can you please provide recommendations for payroll softwares (have checked out razorpay, zoho and GreyHr online, would be nice to get reviews from folks who have used them) with pro's and cons and ease of scale later( current team is ~25). Would be nice to have integrated tax filings, etc.

I have recently got a job offer from a small third party company where I will be working for big tech companies. It seems like a great learning opportunity for me, and the money they are offering is also decent. But I am concerned about job security and growth because I want to climb up the corporate ladder. Can any experienced person tell me the pros and cons of third party payroll job?
