Taking Loan against property to invest in stock

Short built up . YOE 10 CTC Base : 33 ( it's below gv standards ) Debt free no emi . Need suggestions to grow at least 10x in upcoming 10 years . Monthly expense : 25 k frugal lifestyle. Corpus remaining: 150 k permonth Married no kids . Savings till date asper snip attached 1.27 cr

Hi All, I am interested in a property in my hometown that costs around 3.5 Cr. This property can easily be rented out for atleast 1.5 LPM. I have saving of around 1 Cr, should I take a loan of rest of the amount ? I make around 70 LPA, 54 is fixed and rest is ESOPs. My wife makes around 12 LPA. What do you think ? Should I take this loan ?

I am a 22 year old Male working in Mumbai. I have just over an year’s ago experience of working in a consulting firm. My base is 26-30LPA. For those whose have invested in properties (residential), and those who chose not to - is it ideal for me to take a loan to buy a house for my parents. It’s price is ~1Cr and I’d be taking a loan for 5 years. I am wondering if a liability would hamper my growth (personally or professionally), or would this be a worthwhile investment. I am confident about the investment itself, as in i expect it to appreciate in value, but still have doubts about taking a loan. And advise/opinion would be helpful

How do you plan or diversify your investments if you have 1 crore rupees? Please suggest 🙏

I’m thinking of investing 100000 per month as I need good returns with some liquidity. That’s 40% of my salary. Is it good?

It's been close to a year since I am earning a salary and this is what I do: 1. Invest a little less than 30% straight into MFs. I have three ongoing SIPs- small cap, flexicap and a Large + Midcap fund. (Planning to increase the amount further into these and not start a new sip) 2. Max out 80C by putting the entire limit in PPF, this is on top of what is by default deposited into EPF. 3. A little (inconsistently) into direct stocks as and when I find or get to know about a decent trade opportunity. 4. An LIC ULIP plan that my father made me subscribe to 🙂 (hopefully will end in a couple more years) Tips from experienced folks will be much appreciated.😄

Own a house worth 3.5 Cr which is on rent Have a home loan of 2 Cr outstanding balance Have cash of about 0.8 Cr, Shares and NF of about 0.5 Cr and PF of about 0.3 Cr. Have also gifted my parents property worth 1 Cr This is both a post of happiness and need guidance to grow this to 15 Cr in the next 6 yrs (so I can retire in peace)
