Tech Co-founder anyone?

We are two people looking for a tech Co-founder for a app based business.

Things already tried

• Opened a marketing agency and made decent profits of 20laks in 6 month and closed shop as it wasn't scalable
• opened a brick and mortar shop for selling snacks. Couldn't quite work it out and sold off at a loss. Offline politics, non-local tax, police tax, under the table tax. Too much we didn't account for.
• tried making an app for loan disbursals, generated some traction but the app quality was poor and made on no-code platform. Sold it to another competitor at a decent profit.

Whatever be the business we understood tech is our blocker. Now looking to do something in body and skin health awareness and looking for tech founder.

When I say tech founder it doesn't mean a software engineer. Looking for someone who can take care of tech end to end from building the app to tech nuances. While we have tried getting tech agency in place they demand abhorrent prices for making a basic mvp and we realised maintaining tech without understanding tech is a hard thing to do. So hoping to get someone from grapevine.

Things it doesn't include: A million dollar package for a software engineer No skin in the game work Work like a product manager generalist and no tech skills whatsoever

What it includes: Equal equity Work on something on sideline in hopes of making it big
