My 2 Rs 1.Be ready to fail (I hope you don't, but the food bus is tough!) 2. if you do fail. Nothing changes - you are still an awesome chef! And you can try again with some learnings 3. If you succeed. Then you have a tough choice of deciding how you want to grow (hope to see your post here in about 6 months!!)
