IIRC, out of 110mn, 100mn is debt. Also, the screenshot looks made up as the timestamps doesn't make sense.

For your information btw. In that $110M, $100M is debt. Only $10M is equity.

I have no thoughts on this. How does the debt part matter if the company has raised.

Let's say they gave away 10% equity in this round. If they would have raised $110M in equity, their valuation would be $1.1B. But if they raised $10M in equity, the valuation would be $100M.
