When I looked at the author list it looked almost like the Avengers.

This single handedly helped an entire industry to productionise AI code from mobile phones (Using EfficientDetLite) to GPU clusters in the cloud. I agree PyTorch is perhaps a bit better but Tensorflow is much easier.
