Data scientist at a small startup ,basr:16.35 all fixed Current:7.44 base+2ljoining bonus(13th monht)+2.56lakh performance bonus (19th month)=12(for 1.5yrs) Yoe:5months Isi it a good offer?

Current: 24 LPA + esops Offer: 34~36 LPA + 10% Bonus (3.4 ~ 3.6 LPA)+ $40k RSUs Should i negotiate more or is this good enough? Thanks!

Hello Viners! I wanted to share my CTC journey and looking to seek your opinion on this! Joined Fintech(Paytm) last year with 3.5 YOE - 31LPA(Base) [Current] LaidOff but Got an offer in a SaaS company during my NP - 31LPA(Base) YOE - 4.5 Years Most of the companies I interviewed for were not able to match my current fixed because of which I took this offer. Now I feel like my Base is low as compared to the market average in terms of YOE which makes me worry about my career’s progression. Do you also feel the same? But at the same time I am grateful that in this job market, I have got a job. What do you think? Am I rationally thinking here? I live with my parents and they are partially dependent on me. I hope I have made a correct decision.

I recently got offer from an early stage startup in banglore. They raised a total funding of $5.19M over 2 rounds. My offer is 13 LPA + 1 lakh retention bonus 5k per month for commute and health insurance I have past experience of 2 years working with 2 startups and building apps from scratch for them. Honestly I'm really confused about this offer, it is for sure better than my previous offer but I'm not feeling satisfied. Any suggestions guys?

Hi everyone, Recently I've been given an offer from a seed funded fintech startup. So I'm just wondering if it is fair enough. Please help 21L base + 1L ESOPs (vesting over 4 years) YOE ~ 2 (Software engineer) What should be my ideal ask?

So I am currently a full stack engineer at a startup, now I have 3 offers 1 backend and 2 frontend. Currently I kinda like the full stack role that I am in but since I want more income I have to move out. The offer for frontend as well as backend are paying decently well and are very similar offers as far as comp is considered. What do you think I should opt for, I am 2 years experienced. If I pick the frontend role right now, would I be able to move to full stack again or not? How does it work in general

I have around 2 years of experience. 1) 10 months in pervious company with 6 month internship and 4 month full time. 2) 1 year 1 month in current company. I recently applied for a company and was offered an MTS role. ( 18 cash, 50 private RSUs + additional benefits) Total CTC is approximately 34 LPA The offer sounds overwhelmingly good based on current market standards but when I checked company’s stock price in secondary markets, they are worth less than 50% of what was quoted by the recruiter. Right now I am a bit skeptical on the stock price as the company has not yet gone public but they plan to in next couple of years. Not sharing company and personal details for obvious reasons.
