I have 5 YOE in Android with product based companies. current compensation 18.5 fixed 2 variable 4 ESOPs. I just got an offer for 24 fixed, 1 Joining Bonus after 3 months. What do you guys think of it?
I'm trying for more offers right now.
what do you guys think of the offer, should I take up, should I reject?
My expectations were atleast 27 fixed.
With 5 yoe, you should get anything above 30
No one is entertaining 30+
If you have the skills you should get it. Prove them your worth
Not kuch of an expert in this, but if you have any backup option, try sharing that you're not willing to join because of salary concerns itself, and the fact that you are not being paid properly will always be with you if you join 🙌🏻

Total YOE : 4.2 Current CTC : 24 lpa ( fixed ) + 11 Lac ESOP ( spanned over 4 years ) + 1 lac Variable pay
Offered CTC : 28 LPA ( fixed ) + 4 Lac Joining Bonus + 3 lac variable pay + 60k...
Current: 24 LPA + esops
Offer: 34~36 LPA + 10% Bonus (3.4 ~ 3.6 LPA)+ $40k RSUs
Should i negotiate more or is this good enough?
