I use OneNote (for quick notes), Google Calendar (for scheduling), Google Tasks (for todo lists), logseq (for note taking during studying), and Toggl (for pomodoro).

It organizes notes in sections and then stores them in a file called notebook. Sections can be password protected. Despite complex organization, it is still very easy and the mobile app works just like google keep. Simple and quick.
Obsedian for taking notes primarily, you can do alot with community plugins that it provides.

@AlphaGrindset Isn't Any.do simplified version of Trello?
I found Trello very tiring
Nope, Trello is mainly kanban. Any.do is just mainly for todo lists, but very mainstream

Are you using paid version? I used the free version for a long time and gave it up for 1password recently.
1password is worth the money, imo.

as a software developer I don't think being productive adds up to anything. we all are earning pretty well without doing much.
just sit back n relax. okay done PS5.
we are in the most rewarding field ever, no need to be productive.
The idea is not always to overwork. Even if you work 4 hours a day, there is always ways we can get the best out of it. Maybe finish it in 3 hours, 1 more hour to drill your ps5 😏.
Can you share more about Rize? Not sure if I’m finding the right app
I've tried many tools over the years. Even paid decent money for some. I've come to realize now that convenience always wins. That sophisticated tool wouldn't help you if you can't stick with it consistently in the long run.
These days I stick with very barebones Google Tasks app for anything that needs to be captured quickly. These items seemlessly show on your Google calendar also. For everything long form and long term, I use Notion. Notion is very slow for capturing quick shower ideas. I have to take the effort to continuously purge Google tasks and move things to notion. The setup has stuck though, and that is the only thing that matters.
In the long run, you would always be the limiting factor, not the tool. A person I know captures everything as an image on his phone and puts it in a gallery folder, can't imagine how but it works for him. Take suggestions from here, form your own workflow though, one that has the potential to stick long term tailored to you.
Both onesec and rize are great recommendations. Will try them out.
Mine: Keep Notes, any.do

Google tasks and calendar 🎯
There is no productivity hack for getting past my crippled executive function :(
Notion for note taking. I take extensive notes during calls and learning and the switch from Google Docs to Notion has been awesome. I tried Obsidian as well, but found Notion more suited to my needs.
I use Google docs + appscript combination for taking meeting notes and todo management.

Apple notes for note taking
Google docs for long form note taking
Prioritab chrome extension for task tracking
Google Calendar for scheduling
Whatsapp web for transferring files between PC and Mobile
Anything more complicated doesn’t seem worth the learning curve

TickTick for task mgt
Notion for notes
Cron for calendar
Superhuman for email
I find it counterproductive to juggle more apps than this
