Tips for Freshers: Preparing for SDE2 for Full-Stack roles

Planning to start prepration for switching to other companies for SDE2, have around 3 yrs of experience now totally. What should I focus on more? I am pretty okay in DSA, but still will start from scratch. Any resources or roadmap that can help for SDE2 roles in companies like Microsoft, Google, Walmart or Atlassian, etc. Current compensation is 20lpa, looking for around 35lpa in switch. Any resources or roadmap or your experience will be very helpful, thanks. P.S. - Will be switching next year after appraisal, just gonna start preparing now.

Good folks of Grapevine in tech leadership, what kind of projects make an SDE fresher stand out from competition, that makes you put your finger on their resume. Few friends looking for a switch, all with well above-average product thinking and speed to pick technology. Any pointers would be nice !

Hi Grapeviners, I have close to 3.5 YOE as a software engineer. I am thinking of starting to prepare for interviews. Before joining my current org, I was a good/average coder on CP platforms. I want to restart this again, but am overwhelmed with 100s of resources. I want to start CP, frontend, backend and system design. Are there any resources which you have used while preparing for SDE2 interviews. Even if you have resources for one of the above topics, please add in the comments as it might help someone. Hey everyone, I'd like to hear your thoughts. Have any of you successfully aced an interview solely through tutorials, YouTube, or side projects without hands-on work experience? I am a SDET exploring a transition to SDE role, internally tried within my company ,not happening due to various reasons, hence trying to switch over. In order to achieve that, I've worked on full-stack sidd projects, practiced DSA, and made a good "tailored" CV that gets me interview calls. But I am currently facing mixed experiences in interviews. I am able to answer a few but struggle with some questions and seek advice on how to improve. Any suggestions for this career switch are greatly appreciated! Thanks a ton

Hello Folks, I am a full stack dev with 2 YOE and will soon start looking for a switch. Till now I have worked on NodeJS, Express, REST, GQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, Vue and Svelte. The current company is a small startup so if I want to switch into some good and stable company what should I must know like technologies, dsa, good side projects, cloud technologies?
