To all the freshers out there

Had Accenture ASE offer in hand and our campus had the one job rule.Tried off campus but not even a single reply till today ,What should a fresher do keeping in mind that recession and layoffs are happening?

Hi Grapeviners, I have ten years of work ex in performance marketing and CRM. I started job search actively from Feb 15 this year and landed first interview today. How bad is the market out there. I usually get hired with in 30 job applications, also I apply to the role only if 70% and above role match with my previous experience also use referrals when available. I am a computer engineering student from a tier 3 college in Pune. Now that I am in the last couple of months of my 6th semester multiple companies have come to our campus but I haven't gotten an internship. How do i search for internships off campus? Are there any tips from some experienced people like what do companies look at when giving out internships. Since last month I started applying off campus using linkedin and other websites but I am not getting any callbacks for interviews or even online tests. Previously I haven't done any internships but have done projects which I have out on my resume. Please forgive me if the format of this post is wrong, vague or broad. I am writing a grapevine post for the first time.

So, today was my first day in corporate. Joined a company that i hate the most, the government job company. During the induction itself, I experienced shitty HR (including all their internal depts) policies and their shitty rules. They literally told new joiners that they are going to force associates to take up the project, no matter what tech stack you want to work in! what domain do you want to work in! Now, you may ask why did i join them in the first place? Well, the current job market for freshers is just too bad! Graduated in may 2023, spent past 4 months trying to get an interview, but never landed any (when applied with referrals HR said they want 4+ YoE, and also the struggle to get referral. got 2 replies on an avg per 40 DMs (<500 followers) per company, that too after expiry.) In the past 1.5 years, I've cracked OAs and tech rounds of fintech like phonepe and juspay, but final rounds went south due to ghosting and a bit of politics from the college side (i know this because I had some friends working for placement officer and also i confronted that officer). Hence, 4 jobless months led me to join this organization. Please help me structure plan to get a good offer and leave this organization in 4 months.

Fresher with good and relevant internship experience, I'm getting rejected for some job roles where I am overqualified(not being cocky) For job roles, I'm excited about there's work ex needed but one seems to be giving me the job, how will I get work ex? I have sent LinkedIn DMs, cold emails and what not but still nothing. I am getting rejected or worst no revert. I have worked and want to work in the marketing&brand side preferably learn from senior folks in the industry but seems impossible in this market.

Is it me or all the freshers are facing this freeze from getting interview calls. I've applied to dozens of company on naukri but haven't got any profile reviewed atleast let alone any calls from any company. In this situation don't know weather to expect good package or take what they might willing to give.

How to get an initial role at an organization i want ( real estate/infrastructure consulting MNCs ). I have been trying to connect with people at these organizations and a very few percentage of these respond and try to help. But they DONT hire freshers My question is what should i do that will help me get over this.... Any help appreciated.

2023 graduate here. Had my offer rescinded last month due to bad market conditions. Have applied to multiple places with no luck to even get a single interview since last 40-45 days. So, I would like to know which companies are hiring freshers, for SDE or product roles as of now. How should I approach this situation to land a job?
