Joined a company I hate the most

So, today was my first day in corporate. Joined a company that i hate the most, the government job company. During the induction itself, I experienced shitty HR (including all their internal depts) policies and their shitty rules. They literally told new joiners that they are going to force associates to take up the project, no matter what tech stack you want to work in! what domain do you want to work in! Now, you may ask why did i join them in the first place? Well, the current job market for freshers is just too bad! Graduated in may 2023, spent past 4 months trying to get an interview, but never landed any (when applied with referrals HR said they want 4+ YoE, and also the struggle to get referral. got 2 replies on an avg per 40 DMs (<500 followers) per company, that too after expiry.) In the past 1.5 years, I've cracked OAs and tech rounds of fintech like phonepe and juspay, but final rounds went south due to ghosting and a bit of politics from the college side (i know this because I had some friends working for placement officer and also i confronted that officer). Hence, 4 jobless months led me to join this organization. Please help me structure plan to get a good offer and leave this organization in 4 months.

Need Advice regarding switching

This might look like a lengthy rant, but please bear with me till the end. Will be grateful for all/any help. Much appreciated 1st Company(MNC | Name Appears in PF) - Worked for 1.6 years. Left yoluantarily in order to prepare for GATE 2nd Company(startup | Name doesn't Appear in PF) - Worked for 1 year. Was let go citing performance reasons(Which was completely bullshit) It was just the beginning of Covid 3rd Company(Startup | Name Appears in PF) - loined in the month of June 2020. Worked for 2 months and suddenly they terminated me in 3rd month since 1 was still in probationary period and they said, my performance was not upto the mark/Which I don't believe) 4th Company/Mid Size Company | Name Appears in PF) - Worked for 11 months. My parents were looking for a match for me. Left voluantarily, in order to get a high CTC. No problems here 5th Company/MNC | Name Appears in PF) - Currently working here. It's been almost 1.11 years and counting One of my frien d had referred me to GE through his senior and the feedback that he got was,I have changed many companies in short span of time. So my question is this: Iwill remove the second company from my resume and add that experience to the 3rd one while giving interviews or when the recruiter asks for the cv. And then once everything is over and at the time of offer release I will provide the proper documents to HR for bGV. will this work? Has anyone tried this in the past? The problem is, I cannot completely remove 2nd company as it would reduce my exp and it will create unnecessary problems w.r.t my passing out date and relevent exp And I cannot remove the 3rd company as it's name appears in pF forms. Hope you guys are able to see my dilemma here. Any/all help will be much appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

Way to survive in industry

1. Never compromise on ds/algo practice and design. You should get time every week for this. 2. Never trust any company and don't settle 3. Company can replace you anytime. HR just need to float job and hundreds of applicant will apply whereas if you need to find a job you first have to grind LC and design and then you will get ready. This makes a uneven situation. 4. You are not replaceable for your family, friends and loved ones Benefits of working in toxic or too much work environment 1. Learning 2. A little better payscale 3. Close peer group of colleague Cons 1. You won't get time for practice your interview skills so you would have hard time cracking interviews 2. High pressure can leads to high stress that can lead to less growth in long run and burn out. Once you burn out, your Employer attitude may change 3. You would not have time for your friends and family. You may even lose your social circle. Whereas the colleague group that you would form would start to fade away once you leave that place. 4. It would form a unbalanced relationship where you are more dependent on your Employer and won't be able to do much even if you get less increment or other issues 5. You would not have time for investment or growing your wealth. Your long term wealth is not how much you earn it is how much you have(savings + growth on saving) What to do if you feel you join such company - find opportunities and get out in initial days or probation period. You can wipe out that experience from your resume - Contact the companies you had offer from and ask them to reconsider if they can What to do if you are stuck in such company - do a little less work and start preparing. Once you are little confidence start doing lesser work and look for opportunities. At this point in time you don't have to fear them much. Firing is pretty common now - Be aware of your rights in worst case as per employment agreement
