What should I do?

I am a 2023 graduate and I have joined the company in 2022 as Software Development Intern. I have completed my internship and working as a full time. The environment of the company is very toxic and there is too much politics (even in getting user stories). I want to switch company so badly, but i don't know why I am not getting interview calls and revert back from any company. I daily apply for atleast 2-3 companies, I have good profile on leetcode, good projects.

Can someone please guide me what should I do to make a switch.

Before applying for a role, try putting relevant details of the position you are applying. Make it crisp, clear and to the point. Rather than writing what you did, show it as how it helped the business ( the end goal ). Hope it helps

It's not you it's the market. Less than 1 experience candidates have very few openings and there is too much competition

yeah I also believe this but when I see post on LinkedIn that people with this much of experience are getting opportunities, I got demotivated!
